Sue Bushor is an employment lawyer and has represented numerous employers and management in a wide variety of industries. Sue has an extensive background in employment litigation and counseling, but is currently focusing her practice in the area of employment counseling.

Sue counsels employers regarding all aspects of the employment relationship, including drafting and negotiation of employment agreements and compensation, hiring and terminating employees, resolution of employment disputes, creation of employment policies and procedures, managerial employee training, review of employment practices and legal compliance, workplace investigations, wage and hour issues and general employment counseling matters.

Prior to joining Venture Counsel Group, Sue was a partner with Cooley LLP where she practiced in the Employment group for over twelve years. Sue began her career with Keesal, Young & Logan in Long Beach.

Sue received her J.D. from the University of San Diego in 1990. She received her B.S. in business at the University of Southern California. Sue is a member of the California State Bar.
